Performance Appraisal App app for iPhone and iPad

The performance appraisal app has been designed to assist employees and employers with gathering evidence as part of the staff appraisal process.

The key features of the app are:
Create performance appraisal targets
Write notes that are relevant to the target
Create a target due date
Collect Evidence in support of target achievement. Evidence can either be Video, Text, Audio or Photo
Export Evidence to a PDF document, which can then be e-mailed to an address of your choice.

The original idea for the app was developed with teachers in mind as teachers are now required to demonstrate how they are able to meet the teacher standards. This app is an ideal companion to keep track of the work individual teachers undertake in school.

The app can also be used by employees in other organisations as part of the performance appraisal process.
